April Rivera BSN, RN

April, graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2017 with her Bachelors in Science of Nursing. She worked bedside at a local hospital in the medical surgical unit. Three years into her career, she decided to take a dive into medical aesthetics, and it’s been history since. She started her journey at two different med spas in the valley, participated in private and company trainings while also building up a portfolio and patient base. Three years later April opened her own practice in the downtown Phoenix area. She’s extremely passionate about every treatment that she offers in office and continues to expand her knowledge by constantly keeping up with the latest trend. She participate’s in trainings, conferences, and cadaver courses that are led by some of the top providers around the world. April specializes in facial balancing and speaks fluent Spanish which allows her to build trust amongst the Latin community.

FUN FACTS

April is a mother of three young children, two boys and one girl. She decided to name her business “XIM” as her daughters middle name is Ximena. Her goal is to expand and leave a legacy for her children in the years to come. She is married to her high school sweetheart. In her spare time, she loves working out, cooking, and spending time with family! She is also newly enrolled in the nurse practitioner program at University of Phoenix. Education and knowledge are two non-negotiables for April, as it’s ideal for running a safe and long-term practice.
