April Rivera BSN, RN

April earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Northern Arizona University in 2017. She began her career as a bedside nurse in a medical-surgical unit, where she gained valuable clinical experience and a strong foundation in patient care. After three years, she discovered her passion for medical aesthetics.

She trained at two med spas in the Valley and also participated in extensive private and company-led programs while building her skills, portfolio, and patient base. In 2024, April opened her own practice in downtown Phoenix, where she has dedicated herself to providing safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments.

April specializes in facial balancing and is committed to continuous growth, regularly attending advanced trainings, conferences, and cadaver courses taught by internationally recognized experts. Her fluency in Spanish also allows her to serve and build trust within the Latino community.

Passionate about her work, April strives to help each patient look and feel their best with natural, customized results.

FUN FACTS

April is a mother of three young children, two boys and one girl. She decided to name her business “XIM” as her daughters middle name is Ximena. Her goal is to expand and leave a legacy for her children in the years to come. She is married to her high school sweetheart. In her spare time, she loves working out, cooking, and spending time with family! She is also newly enrolled in the nurse practitioner program at the University of Phoenix. Education and knowledge are two non-negotiables for April, as it’s ideal for running a safe and long-term practice.
